The Oklahoma State University Center for Veterinary Health Sciences is seeking Locum Radiologists ongoing throughout 2018. Flexible dates are available; a minimum one-week commitment is preferred. Applicants must hold a DVM or equivalent and be a Diplomate of ACVR or ECVDI. No additional state licensing is required.
Duties will comprise of leading discussions in student topic rounds, oversight and instruction to one radiology resident including feedback and approval of reports, and providing consultation on in-house cases for small animal, large animal, and exotic animal services. After-hours/weekend emergency duties and lecturing will not be included.
The Boren Veterinary Teaching Hospital at Oklahoma State University houses a 1.5T small animal MRI, CT for both large and small animals, nuclear scintigraphy, fluoroscopy, and three digital radiology suites. The Diagnostic Imaging service uses eFilm for image viewing, and is supported by four outstanding Radiology Technologists.
